What is this store’s return policy?
Return is accepted within 7 days after the buyer has received the item. The customer has 7 days to contact us after receiving the package. If the package is not shipped back to us within the following 7 days (after we provide permission to return) we will not be accepting the return and the package will be discarded without refund.

Please contact us via email before sending the order back to us for a refund so we can keep an eye out for your package.

NOTE: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping cost.  If you return an order without paying postage we will accept the package however the cost will be deducted from the refund.

*If your package is sent back to us due to you adding the wrong address or not collecting the package from the post office the shipping cost will also be deducted from your refund.

Once we receive the unused and unworn item with all tags in tact, you will be issued a full refund for the items purchased to your original method of payment.

* Items bought during a sale event at a reduced price are considered FINAL SALE.

All products are 100% vetted before delivery. If the item is defected by the processing of postage, customer has up to 3 days from date of receipt to inform us of this. All shipping charges for returned products are to be paid by the customer.

Can I exchange something?

Absolutely! As long as your item/order is NOT final sale and you request this service within 7 days of delivery your item can be exchanged. Simply send us an email within this time and you will be informed of our exchange options.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Yes we do! We have limited shipping to select countries during the pandemic.

How long will it take to receive my order?
We ship the package within 1-2 business days after the payment has been received.

Normal USA Shipping is 2-3 business days via USPS, Fedex/UPS Ground shipping may take up to 5 business days.

International Shipping is 10-15 business days. Due to the state of the pandemic orders can be delayed.

How do I track my order?
You may track your order using the provided tracking number in the Shipping Confirmation email via,, or our track order page.

Which sizes do you use?
All our sizes are of US size. The size chart is located under every item next to the product description or reviews tab on our website.

How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?
The NeedMyStyle checkout process is powered by PayPal, Braintree, Klarna and AfterPay, the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Needmystyle has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. If paying with PayPal or Braintree, you may also make payments using your bank account/cheque, but this may delay your order.

Orders will ALWAYS be shipped to the address you request your package to be shipped to via Paypal as that is the last step when using this method of payment, regardless of what is on your invoice.

Gift Cards
A NeedMyStyle Gift Card can be purchased and emailed on your behalf valued $25-$250 with a life span of 36 months (3 years). Gift cards are NON-REFUNDABLE. Purchase amounts will be deducted from the card balance until it is $0.00. Card is final sale may not be returned, applied to previously purchased merchandise, used to pay down a credit card balance, or used to buy gift cards or e-gift cards. Any refunds made to orders paid for with a gift card will be refunded to the balance of the gift card only. We are not responsible for use of your card without your permission. What if something is wrong with my order?
If you have a problem with an order, please contact us directly, through the Contact Us page before your order is shipped.

I cannot see the order I placed
Past orders can only be viewed by those who had checkout as a user and not as a guest.

What does the different order statuses mean?
Processing – We have received your payment and are currently organizing your order, typically takes 1-2 business days. These are given attention in the order to which they show payment as being cleared.

On Hold – There is an issue with your order, please check your email as we have messaged you and is awaiting response before proceeding. All e checks that have not been cleared will be placed on hold. Once they have been cleared the status will change to processing.

Completed – Your order has been shipped, please check your email for the Shipping Confirmation email which includes your tracking number. If you have an account this can be seen from your user dashboard.

My Order says delivered but I did not get it
If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service and discuss the issue with them. Their customer service number is 1 (800) 275-8777. Please check around your neighbors in case another home received it by mistake. Contact family members, roommates, etc. in case they received it on your behalf. We will do our best to assist you, but we do not hold responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen once the tracking number shows delivery to your address. Please contact your local mail carrier and post office to file a claim.

Special delivery requests
Often times you may not be home when your package is being delivered, since we are not the ones personally delivering them we cannot guarantee that they will be where you would want (for a location out of the norm). All packages will be delivered in the same manner that your other mail would normally be delivered as it is then the responsibility of your postal service.

NOTE: An order can only be cancelled if it is processing and not yet shipped.

When you provide your contact information to NeedMyStyle You certify that any such contact information, including, but not limited to, your name, mailing address, email address, and residential, business or mobile telephone number, is true, accurate, and current. As such, you certify that you are the current subscriber or owner of any telephone number(s) that you provide. You understand that you are strictly prohibited from providing a telephone number that is not your own. If you have an account with us, and if we discover that any contact information provided by you when you set up the account is false or inaccurate, we may suspend or terminate your account at any time.

You acknowledge that by voluntarily providing your telephone number to us in any manner on our website or by providing your telephone number when you register for an account, you expressly agree to receive transactions and promotional text messages from NeedMyStyle including as they relate to promotions, product recommendations, your account, changes and updates, service outages, reminders or any other information regarding any transaction with NeedMyStyle, and/or your relationship with NeedMyStyle.
